sentences are usually quite light if u have a lawyer to argue
your case. anyway have u notice that after a sever accident
happens, the trial is susually a few months later unlike criminal
offence like robbery or murder...., i guessed is that it is the
time for the public's anger to tone down before they bring up the
case as they might incur the public's negative feedback. Think
bendemeer road bus stop >>> same case.
Ah.. the MRT joker... got off wif a light sentence....., so .....
few months down the road he ends up in court for another offence.
Juz goes to prove, it's in the character of the person, get a
lawyer, get off wif a light sentence and at the end of the day wat
has he learnt?? repent..., i doubt so, young loaded and simply
total disregard for the law.
