The 2 most expensive items in spore are never owned by the people. You never own an HDB flat, you just lease it for 30 yrs!! You never own a car in singapore, you just lease it from LTA for 10 yrs!

But the countries bought the F15 owned them, can do what they want with them. If US dont like, don sell the next time. if HDB don like you to use yr flat as pros den, they can kick you out.
