RaTtY8l SG i was jogging in the stadium. than i saw an uniform group presumely to b npcc in the stadium. i think the squad did something wrong n the nco pump them. now, isit appropriate for the nco to drop them in public places like the stadium where there are so many onlookers passing by?

kalangkabo SG i think a lot of the NCOs in schools' uniform groups try to act tough. They're just kids slightly older then their "men" (sorry, don't know the apporiate term to use apart from the army one) and try to exert their authority by punishing them. probably an ego thing is it appropriate to mete out punishment in public places? mmm... i think SAF cannot do that right? don't recall kenna punished in public before. most probably will go back sign extra...
