interest in Mixology?
You see, it's really like selecting a good bottled wine. People can
say and recommend the best, however, it may not have been your
personal best.
The rest are drinking because it's has the 'best reviews' and
'recommended' which to me - is a safe bet.
Don't miss the appreciation of liquor knowledge and mixology.

btw, do you know that different liquor brands works for few
specific cocktails? That is why bar knowledge have to be trained
first.
