I've always wondered, do NSmen Generals actually get called back
for ICT? And if so, what kind of appointments do they hold?
I mean, I can imagine a NSman MAJ, LTC or COL going back for ICT as
CO of a NS batallion or brigade. But I can't imagine a NSman BG
going back as division commander 'cos all our division commanders
are active guys. So where do our Brig Gen (NS), Maj Gen (NS) and Lt
Gen (NS) go to? Ppl like Lim Chuan Poh, Han Eng Juan, Raymond Ng,
etc.
Go back to MINDEF for "administrative work"? Or aren't they even
called back for ICT?
