my MO friend said, you need jus one of these extreme conditions
to have PES F granted:
- poor physique (extremely underweight or overweight)
- no or dysfunctional upper limb(s), unable to handle
firearms
- no or dysfunctional lower limb(s), unable to move
about
- dumb, cannot hear at all
- both eyes blind
- extremely poor mental ability, IQ too low
- poor & unstable psychological state,
unsuitable to do NS
as for gays, most will get PES B or PES C. notwithstanding whether
u have declared if are a homosexual (sign 302) or not, if u have
effeminate behaviour, u may be graded PES B, C or E depending on
your degree of effeminate behaviour. tis is to be determined by
SAF's psychologists, not your MO. your MO can only refer you to
them. tis group of people will get to stay-out, will not do
overnight duties, will not be posted in units where they may be
manipulated and will not handle classified documents other than
restricted.
as for those who went for sex change operation, i'm not sure.
