I heard about the same 9 - 11km/l bah?
I usually get 9 - 10km/l though, but like i said, i like to drag,
play around abit etc. :p
If u're really concerned about the FC, then confirmed Subaru is not
for you.
Otherwise, if u think u can accept this FC, go test drive the cars
that you want. U will get a much better feel of each car and ur
decision will be much easier.
U want power, handling, exterior or interior? Seems to me like u
are more concerned with modding the exterior looks, so juz go for
it! 
I've tried both cars, and reason i chose TS was because of handling
and stability, feels much more safer too. Go try them out urself!
P.S > Ae86 of coz not as powerful as in the anime, becoz the
anime 86 is heavily modded and later even had an engine swop. I
would like to get my hands on a 86 though...
