Oh that one. You have to do still frames manually at every part
you want a 'ghost' image to appear. Set the still frames to around
50% opacity and place it at the layer on top of the main
video.
FYI, the video editing software you use must support layering.
Basic ones like iMovie and Windows Movie Maker do not support
layering. Practically all advanced editing apps will have.
