the bank reserve have billions than u can imagine...in the
hundreds..
not to forget their values on the invested stocks
lastly,b4 u take over the company,u have to clear outstanding
debts
and even if u do buy it in debt,u have to return it under some
contract
failing to do so is fraud and misuse of company funds
