Albertsons is a leading food and drug store in the US. Due to
stiff competition, it's profit has declined over the years.
Larry Johnston came to Albertsons from GE . He made a few
significant changes. These include closing stores which are making
losses and reviewing supply chain to cut losses. He also brought in
Ed Foreman to change the employee mindset. Ed Foreman has a 3 day
