Last week one was mother and son special. The 2nd segment, they
had to dig into a choked sink with hair, dig out a key, open a
cabinet full of snapping snakes, remove a can of live scorpions,
move the scorpions into a bowl using only their mouth, then fill a
tube up with rotten milk. 
The choked sink with
hair and rotten milk were the worse parts.
