Toothaches usually requires stronger pain killers, panadols
aren't going to work at all.
Also, if you are suffering from servere toothache, dentist will not
extract your tooth until pain subsides. He'll probably give you a
course of pain killers and antibiotics to reduce infections
first.
Once the pain stops, you are expected to go have it extracted
then.
