No it wouldn't be nice. There would be horse manure on the roads
(very dangerous and very unpleasant to look at) and horse are
unpredictable and hence dangerous animals.
When I rode a scooter in England, I was always very wary when
passing horses because I was afraid the engine noise would spook
the hrose and throw the rider off.
