dark_snowboy SG yeap almost everytime i saw 1 foreigner(he looks like one or maybe he is) going around putting a card with some patterns on it on the table of those eating then he walks away. the card said something that theres a donation of $5 for this card blahblah. i turned it down. it was the 2nd time when i saw him at a fastfood restaurant in a shopping centre. The first location i saw him was a few mrt stations away

At first, me and my gf was sympathetic and decided to just give him $5 but i was sceptical..After giving him $5, he walked away.
