Honestly speaking, I think lower speed limit may not be a good
thing afterall.
If drivers are to constantly maintain at a slow speed, Very
particular and careful not to speed, somehow, that is very
stressful to drivers. This will lead to more accidents.
I think previously surveys or whatsoever has proven that right. And
therefore, in fact, some roads are increasing the speed limit. This
will facilitate drivers to have a smoother journey.
