The 'C' represents your medical status and the 'L1,L2....L9'
decides where u can go and where u cant go.
eg. C9 is medically unfit but with the attachment L2, that means
that individual can be deployed to the field but only in the rear
echolon as clerks, storeman, medics etc..........u will still carry
arms but you will not fight in the front.
we have plenty of C9L1 and C9L2 medics plus storeman who regularly
get deployed to the field.
