so what is the use of the IMEI no. if we lost our hp?

Faithguy's gal SG

actually from what i know other countries can make use of imei to disable the lost phone thus even if a phone is stolen or found it's still be a useless phone....WHY Can't sg have this feature.

Faithguy's gal SG

hey guys thanx for the concern,
i already report to M1 but never report to police...

reporting to police is useless i guess....
contents is not equal to tammy's case as there no video neither there's no undesirable contents in there just my precious photos....which i had not backup yet....

Ohhh please guys please stop rubbing in when i am so upset with the lost of phone.....

digicharat SG

thats what we are best at.
rubbing salt on wounds and pouring kerosene on fire and fanning the flame to cook you. Laughing

ok ok. i know im not wanted here. bye.

popmynutsy SG

report to the police. give them the imei number. when the person with the handphone gets screen by police. and they see that the imei is the same as urs. they will return it back to u.

ölala SG

dude when u lost ur belonging, the chances of getting it back is...i will say 0
totally 0
where will the police start looking?and of all u duno who took
u dun expect the police to call every singaporean out and interogate them

Gordonator SG

as though creating a thread here will do any good. u are naive to think posting here will get your phone back. Laughing

ndmmxiaomayi SG

If only everyone is that honest. Rolling Eyes

BrUtUs SG

hv to report so the ppl who found ur fone cannot legally sell it...

ölala SG

useless
cuz the police wun go to every tel-co shop and barn the shop to sell

they juz wun..its too tedious
imagine the whole of sg
when i lost my phone last yr,they only took down details to make it look nice and told me to drop as it was impossible to find the hpone
im serious

Hey dude, don't think that reporting police doesn't help, if you have the serial number of your phone by doing this *#06# you give it to the police, nowadays police who went patroling will ask for your phone and get your serial number and report it back to the HQ who by then check if anyone reported lose of it.

Just be extra careful in the future and take it as a lesson to you? Sorry about your loss.
