Actually you can look for your nearest Community centre to seek
help. I think they can give you the relevant contact for individual
welfare organization. Don't bother looking up the police. They will
say not their problem or say got to ask the stupid magistrate for
approval 
haha. Community Centre could help, give it a
try.
