Notice they never changed the template, the message reads
exactly like what it reads 3 years back, minus the date of course.
In fact there was once they did a line upgrade
but didn't serve notice, one entire area couldn't access their
cable till they got their modem changed. But starhub won't tell you
that, only the guy from starhub who comes down in his minivan to
replace your modem tells you that.
