The launch of Four Million Frowns. I'm starting a project entitled
"Four Million Frowns". It's a response to PM Lee's "Four Million
Smiles" campaign. You can read about it his campaign here.

He's starting this project to welcome foreign hosts from the IMF
and world bank and he calls it an opportunity to show the world how
much we have achieved as a nation.
I'm starting my own version entitled " Four Million Frowns".

But make sure it's vertical for individuals and horizontal for
group shots!
