i got my job offer this morning, pending one minor detail, have
to get back to them by 19 Aug.
they want me to start from 1 Sep... then i won't online so much
liaos... i will be required to teach 3 to 4 classes a term....... i
newbie they bulwee me... 
need to do a lot of preparation...
