did u turn on both the computers (like when your sister is using
it) and msn etc. while they check........
tell them upfront that sometimes have this prob sometimes not loh,
and tell them hope they can catch the problem... They HAVE TO FIX
THE PROBLEM for their CUSTOMER!!!
