Yes Heng,for all those drag racers out there,take it away.The F1 Circuit will be up and running as soon as we gather enough taxes.

As the Director of National Intelligence,I promise to keep an eye on all these other ministers.Subversion will be punishable by assassination,requiring authorisation from me,the Prime Minister and the Defence Force Chief.

when we collect enough taxes? what for? as vice prez, i propose that we monopolise and legalise betting for F1 races!

pledge the next 5 years of revenue collected from betting as loan collateral for our friendly national bank... then the national bank can float bonds on the international market to raise the capital required.

subsequently, F1 betting will be run as a state monopoly with 20% of the revenue used to support and promote F1 racing events and the other 80% to reward ME for coming up with this bright idea!

i would also like to nominate myself as the Chairperson of the F1 lottery commission to oversee the spending of the 20% to ensure that F1 racing and betting is successful and prosperous for us all! Mr. Green

As the Director of National Intelligence,I am sadly a patriot who places the welfare of the country and its people over that of the government.It would be ill advised if any member of the governing elite were to...overstep their bounds as enshrined in the constitution,or were to be found guilty of graft.

Similarly,as one of the elite in charge of external and internal security,with access to Section 6(for classified purposes(e.g. assassination,silencing,counterespionage,etc.),I am aware of many things behind the scenes,so to speak.

"You may fool some of the people all the time,or all of the people some of the time,but you cannot fool all the people all the time" as Lincoln said before.My first and overriding priority as Director of National Intelligence and Permanent Secretary of Defence is to ensure the welfare of the population and society of the whole.As such,I would be required to prosecute.....misdemeanours by certain factions within the government.

I am responsible for ensuring order and a high but limited degree of freedom within our society,due to my position and responsibilities,including allowing dissent to point out flaws in government policies,as many alternative views ought to be able to.

Furthermore,I am also able to see the large picture,with my own information sources,and being the Director of National Intelligence,I am aware of information.It is one of my weapons and tools.The manipulation of information.Ultimate accountability,whether government officials may like it or not,lies in them being answerable to me,and I answer only to the President.

Unofficially,we all know that given my control of elite paramilitary forces and assassins,I equal the military and police individually,and in most cases,the military and police as well as other civil defence elements are on my side.

It is a tenous balance,but my agency is the grand master of deception,stealth and misdirection.And we are the ones who keep watch.

graft is only practiced by crooked policemen and low level gov't officials looking to make a quick buck...

ministers do not engage in graft. they engage in politics, fund-raising and the management and distribution of scarce resources.

officially, we all know that the budget comes out of the ministry of finance and i do not think that the security forces fight for their love of your charming personality...

my office, as well as that of the Finance minister are greatly concerned with the high costs of your security apparatus... it might prove cheaper to employ gurkhas under the charge of a foreign commander answerable directly to the president than to pay locals so much to keep them loyal... and to whom i wonder sometimes... you? or the state?

but i was thinking of plunging them into healthcare and charity...

and all fund raising activities are open and aboveboard... the Auditor-General has fully endorsed it and praised this office for its "meticulous and transparent accounting practices" .
