Wayang, Angkat Bola to survive

I notice tat those who Angkat Bola, carry ball, lick ball n wayang personnels in my unit r those tat get the most off days, less scolding n praises easily from officers.

I have been true to myself all this while in SAF, i do so much n work so hard for my unit but not even a day off n appraisal from my officer after a yr in my unit. I have enough, can anybody pls tell me how to Angkat Bola, carry ball, lick ball n wayang to the officers in order to survive better?? I dunno how to go abt doing all those things as i feel very disguisting....

if doing those things is not in ur nature, there is no need to degrade urself just to get an appreciation rite? is there a need to stoop so low, lose ur principles and values, because someone else is doing it?

true, some bootlickers get away with it. but sooner or later, they will find their downfall. it may be sad that our honest efforts are not recognised. but if u can answer to urself and ur conscience, does it really matter? at least u know u r the one wif the backbone.

There is this guy in my wing who got away with 30 days SOL for losing his field kit. Just because my wing 2IC loves him so much since day 1. Rolling Eyes Everyday day during admin time, he would come down with a pail of water and wash his car... wahh pengz

i think in the entire wing the only person who loves him is his wing 2IC, and only because of his sweet talk and his servitude.

when it comes to the crunch, his character and competency will be laid out for all to judge.
