yeah, if u intend to spend hours on the net, 56k can be very
expensive. the amount of money u spend, u could have used it on an
unlimited broadband plan (low speed and cheapest it may be, like
1500, 2000 or 3500) and have a peace of mind cos u dun have to
worry about exceeding the time usage.
furthermore, u'll save a lot if u eventually decide to communicate
via msn the whole day and not use hp or house phone too much.
to install an additional residential line, installation charges
aside, u'll have to pay $25 more every quarter, cos there is the
fixed telephone charge of $25 per quarter per line.
