Smses between Singtel and Starhub vanish into thin air

sometimes me singtel send to M1 user, the SMS will go one round around the universe then reach the recipient 30mins later

and it's not peak periods like xmas or CNY where ppl bomb one another with SMS wishes....

My friend using M1 and I can't receive her sms however, my other M1 friends have no problem sending messages to me and I can receive them too.

Anybody has the solution? I'm most grateful for that.

try putting a +65 in front of the number. it usually solves the problem.
