Båseline SG Neutrogena one quite good but I found Mentholatum’s Cool Water Lip Balm better. Not as niam niam as the former and the minty feeling is a plus.
choco B SG I’ve tried a few, and I think Vaseline Lip Therapy Advanced Formula is the best – petroleum jelly, not balm.

ironpeasant SG I don’t think there are any lip balms that aren’t glossy. For guys to wear makes them look like they are putting lip gloss
fugue in C minor SG lip gloss too expensive, use dis better: 1 swear of cooking oil each time can last very long!!
FireIce SG the body shop lip butter non glossy (so nobody will say u gu niang) got many flavours for u to choose from
choco B SG Just because it's glossy doesn't mean it delivers the most moisture ! Best is balm or vaseline (jelly) . Vaseline works better than balm for me, and I have seriously dry lips.
