NCOs take over, don't like them as they do things not your way
also, shoot them also.
Ownself take over, don't agree with each others, well then shoot
each others.
Who needs enemy ! Since a person who don't like this and that and
alway complain one and think he can do a better job, the real
problem is him - himself, better off shooting himself.
