If the education gap is very big let’s say a guy with only
PSLE with a girl with degree then they might
have problems communicating but if a diploma holder with a degree
holder then it should not be a problem as both belongs to tertiary
level and the gap is small afterall. Also furthermore you don’t
know at which point of the time the diploma holder might upgrade
himself to degree since it is very easy to get a degree
nowsdays.
