The COE just dropped again. Any idea whether it will drop
further? My friend bought a toyota vios OPC at $40,356 (with the
$17K COE rebate and road tax rebate from original price of
$57,776). He asked if his COE is secured at $16K yesterday, wouldnt
he loogi since there will only be rebate allowed by BM if COE falls
below $15K for his case?
Just checked today's price, its $56,276. Does this mean that BM
makes money everytime the COE drops but not below $15K?
