theres nothing wrong wif tt rite? in fact i would encourage all
instructors to be clear with the trainees, regardless of their
background and profile, on the rationale behind trg as much as
possible. these daes, trainees r more discerning and learned, and
they haf more channels to seek redress. so its better to get things
out in the open.
