Windscreen treatment

I drove my brother in law's nissan cefiro..

I didnt even had to use the wipers on a heavy downpour, the rain just slide up the windscreen.. I turned the wipers on, and didnt felt much difference..

The downpour was the one on saturday night, if any of you drove through that rain... Yeah, pretty heavy..

I asked him if he had any treatment done, he said none at all. He said he was using silicon wipers, that's all.

I was going 70-80km/h only.. Why the water will slide up huh?

By the way, the noise the wipers make is because it is old huh?

maybe i say wrongly la.. not slide up..

i know its definitely the wind doing this..

but my other cars at home.. no such experience... driving his car on rainy days is really good...

if u used polyglaze streak free shampoo, most likely u will get tat rain-x effect on the windscreen.

noise on wiper, mebbe due to dust or other matters stuck to the rubber wiper.
