same here. i think learning driving during NS is the best timing
coz its very time wasting. imagine when u are out of NS, u'll be
caught up with work or studies, whereas during NS, you can
pratically forget everything when u step out of the gate.
if u are those that stay-in, i think u can ask ur superior for
their opinion. if they agree, u can go for those private
instructors and meet them outside ur camp for the lesson.
