1. Buy a screen shield... To reduce the brightness of the screen or background as well as the radiation that you are being exposured too... maybe the radiation is causing your head to be giddy and thus your eyes are unable to focus well on people that are far away from you and their eyes...

2. Wear a sunglasses or shades so that the screen's background would not appear too bright to you... Laughing

3. After every 30 minutes of looking at the screen... look afar for about 5 minutes...
