weeie SG We were watching Pirates of the Carribean and we were told to leave while waiting through the credits for the "secret ending". They came up with reasons like the next group of patrons was going to enter already and we have to leave no matter what. It's not about whether the secret ending is worth watching or not but the attitude and service from them. Anyone encountered this before?
ditzy SG How can liddat one? When you pay to watch the movie, you pay to watch the end credits too!!!
weeie SG Yes, when we don't want to leave. The lady got someone more hostile to ask us to leave. But all of us including other patrons still stayed as well. Guess what? The patrons for the next film can even see the credits/secret ending from the Pirates 2 after they are seated. What is this man? I sent 3 times of e-mail to their feedback/marketing/sales manager.. but none replied. So i decided to post in forums.
mhcampboy SG Yar. Just go complain to management. Confirm they will compensate. Or offer you a private screening just to watch the credits.
ditzy SG See, you don't get these kind of troubles if you d/l and watch the movie at home. No aunties to nag at you, no complaint letters to pen out, and best, you get to watch the end credits.
ditzy SG Yeah man! You get to watch Jennifer Aniston get raped over and over again in Derailed all you want.
weeie SG Trying to get their contacts but without effort. Anyway, also emailed to one of their marketing/sales manager.. They should at least do something man but they are not.
mhcampboy SG Hmmm... now only you complain? You should demand to see management there after you were asked to leave.
ditzy SG When you walked out the theatre that day, you resigned to the fate that nothing is going to be done.
ditzy SG Low key movie, totally underrated. The twist will make you go:"OMFG, didn't see that coming!!!"
dork3d SG You can complain to their Executive Director (Cinema Operations), Ms. Cynthia Goh at 67340028...
