picmonster SG the emperor city i built was very successful - i remember the maximum population is close to 10,000. I used all the land, almost very single piece of land. No way to expand liao and therefore couldn't exceed the 10,000 limit. It is really fun

You can download the latest patch from its website, it can improve system performance for those below, or near, minimum system requirement. I tried it myself. Before the patch, the game is laggy at mid-game, but now I can play with no lag.
picmonster SG I feel that caesar III and emperor don't have more complicated reports & graph. And they don't have more finer controls. Maybe more controls will increase the complication of the gameplay.
