S11
SYNOPSIS
Terence is a lonely clerk resigned to his dead-end job at a jewel
store. Ben is a pushover who becomes a hero only in his fantasies.
Michelle sells pirated pornographic videodisks after school to pay
for her brothers education. They are complete strangers with
nothing in common except for their hard luck and unfulfilled
desires. Then, a series of events in one day leads them to cross
paths with one another and change each others lives forever.
S11 interweaves three overlapping tales told in a circular,
fractured mannered about each individuals experiences on that one
fateful day. The first story focuses on Terence who loses a bag of
money entrusted in his care, and has to find it back before
daybreak. In the second, Ben finds out that being a hero in his
fantasies is a lot harder than being one real life. The final
chapter follows Michelle as she tries to save her best friend from
the notorious gangster Brother Long.
