Can hedgehog and armadillo be eaten?

If can, how to remove their “armour” before cook

Why you want to in the first place?

put them in the water over night and their shell and needle will come off naturally.

what i wanna know is , how to remove their armour.

u tried? and after cook, how they taste?

yup.
put them in the water overnight and their shell will become soft and you can just peel them off like paper.

they taste like the spices i used to cook them.
