Gordonator SG i used to have this beautiful and capable female manager as my boss. she took care of almost everything and when ever we are in doubt, we can always find her and she will definitely help to solve the problem. but the sad thing is, she resigned (due to unknown reasons) and a new male manager previously from another department took over her post. the new boss is a ok fellow but he is not as capable as the female boss. firstly, he is always not around. secondly, everytime we got problems and refer to him, he will definitely ask us to refer to someone else. what's the point of seeking his help in the 1st place if he just push everything to someone else. thirdly, everytime other depts e-mail him and ask something from him, he will forward the e-mail to us and ask us to do it. what's the point of having him around when all the jobs he is supposed to do, he'll just push to others.

Gordonator SG the only use my new boss is good at now is to sign my claim form so that i can claim my OT money.
