the bugs will always be there if u keep your rice for too
long.
on another note, i used to catch like 50 of those weevils and put
them in a jar. fill it half with rice and screw on the cover
tightly and let them multiply inside... woah, after 2 months, the
whole thing was swarming with those little buggers.
you guys should try it sometime.
