saline SG in the F&B business u want a turn over of customers. what u are doing is encouraging the kids to hoard the place. they buy a $4 drink and sit the whole day. and the only time u can fully make $$ is after school hrs. BTW, u want to screen movies need to pay for rights. and the place for all of your activities need to be big man.. big space, good location = high rent
jianfish9 SG Go learn from like K-box lor. Instead of singing, setup many rooms for them to play, study, chill or whatever. If they want to watch movie then let them pay. Last time I in school always want to go someplace study with friends but always end up in Mac or Coffebean/starbucks etc. End up also hog place and still quite uncomfortable for us to study. If u charge room by hour then don't need scared of hogging and can even open 24hour for all the O and A levels period. Do not really need to be town just be near school clusters can already. Good idea anot? Haha, if work must pay me comission leh.
mhcampboy SG board games also must rent ar? i went settlers cafe no need to pay lei.. can play as much as i want..
