Ok, so heres a short description of my friend's singnet
connection and mine. My friend plays dota at bnet with me.
Once we started dota which was around last year, it was almost lag
free, i didnt have pinging software that time. But now i have it.
Around the last 2 months there is a major latency problems singnet
and starhub users and the ping reaches 100+ms. Untill now the
problem is resolved and my ping to him is around 20ms.
With my starhub connection i had never disconnected until one time.
When my cable tv and my cable modem just black out every few
minutes for 20seconds each. I called them and they said its a
problem with my 2 way splitter, i waited it out and its ok when i
came back from my nap
