Maybe I should phrase it as Junior ranking..then
I am just curious,.
no offence to lower ranked enlisted personnel in the SAF, They are
what makes the SAF. despite being mostly conscripted, its maintains
a very professional image..
In order to get anything done, at least in my old camp anyway, One
must have a good relationships with all the (low ranked store
ICs,Drivers,Coy COS) to ensure a good life. If u are unpopular and
high ranking ( they have 1001 ways) of acting blur and covering
thier arses, your work/ops/project can stall/fail easily.
