ShutterBug SG Datsun 100A "...Haaaaaaaa.....hahahahaaaaaa...hahaaaaaaaaaaa......" "..haaaaa....aaaaa...hhahahhaaahahhahhaaaaaaa...."
caramon SG The Datsun 100A, as it was known in Europe, was called Nissan Cherry in its country of origin. Through the years it has also been called Datsun Cherry 100A or Datsun Cherry 1000. It was introduced in August 1970 and was called the E10 model within the Nissan organization.. It was a damn good car during its heydays..
carmour SG I remember my uncle was driving it when I was very young, about 15 years ago ba. Very deep impression cos I remember I had to get off the car and help to push it up the slop of Thomson plaza. The engine has not stalled, but just that not enough power to go up the slope with 4 people onboard.
LittleTiger SG In the 70’s and 80’s this car were modified until chio chio one….. a very fast car after modification… somemore the weight is low…. No problem outruns other 2~ 3 litre cars at that time…
parryhotter SG I know many of you wouldn't believe I actually drove a Datsun similar to the one below for my practicals and driving test back in 1991 in Malaysia: It's a 1971 Datsun 1200 4-door sedan with a Nissan A14 engine. Very good pick-up I would say.
LittleTiger SG Before they gradually replaced with Kancil.... Driving school in m'sia using datsun. Not like spore using corolla, sunny, civic.
parryhotter SG Singapore in 1991 using Datsun 120Y also, just got to know from a Malay colleague of mine when he passed his test using that car in 1991.
