The site for the eastern IKEA and Giant is just next to the
TPE/SLE, exiting from Tampines Avenue 10, there's a bus-stop along
Tampines Avenue 10, sitting in between IKEA and Giant...
Currently the building has already finished in structural works up
to the 2nd level, now doing ducting and electrical work
installations for the eastern IKEA Building...
My belief is that they would probably have a feeder service for the
commuters to travel to the building when ready from Pasir Ris MRT
Station or Bus Interchange, and Giant will adopt its currently
feeder idea just like Sembawang and IMM, to bring consumers right
to their door step...
