Will TC void warranty if we add ground wire for our Sunny ??

Just to find out, will they void our warranty if we add ground wire for our Sunny ????? Hoping to save some fuel after doing that.

u r another noob. no offence, but who says adding grounding kit will improve F.C.?
it's kinda dangerous misinformation tat cost drivers valuable $$. let me emphasize, it does not. it can help to improve ur electrical distribution if u do it properly enuff. u will not save a single cent.

Well, I think they wouldnt void it but call them up to check just to be safe. Warranty usually covers the engine parts only.

Appolo_sg, while you are right that grounding help to improve the electrical distribution, however, it also help to improve on the electrical flow and stability, if high quality electrical cabling are used. This also means less resistance at connectors of body, engine and transmission. Grounding also help increase low and middle engine torque, which will also mean you dont have to step hard on your accelerator, thus, indirectly saves you fuel.

nope….my car is fitted with the pivot and it does not void it…unless u go mod the engine la…and changing air filter does not too

actually improvement of impedance is really not great difference since the whole car body is a conductor itself, so by theory, resistance is also low. and no, it is an intermediary items, it is not an input or output, it does not help save fuel. you can use it to increase power by hooking fr -ve battery to base of ecu. but everything got to b done correctly. i think majority r done wrongly anyway.

the grounding system is an entirely different network of wires hooked up to different spots in ur engine bay. the conductivity of the car chassis remains as a constant in any case. the theory of impedance has got nothing to do with the theory behind the use of grounding to divert static charges to the negative station of the battery.

i am rather skeptical on how much fuel it would save u though. seems neglible on careful consideration. how can u increase power by "hooking fr -ve battery to base of ecu. but everything got to b done correctly. "? care to explain how it is done properly and how it would increase power? Mr. Green
