I dunno, but I know my folks brought home some the other day,
and OMFG, they were so heavenly. They were about the size of a
small kid's clenched fist, and I made sure I put the whole thing in
my mouth before chewing on it coz the entire thing was pure durian
puree, only the 2 thin little things on the top and bottom were
what you call puff.
