bcoy SG For my unit - anything to do with ICT, including briefing means dressing in smart 4 with beret. I think it depends on the individual unit.
zenmaster SG I went for mine in Jan and saw some came in civi. Reason given was that they need to rush back to work after the briefing, no time to change.
