we need to get the mark on where the missiles actually falls on
target screens. now the remains of the projectiles may be washed
inward or out towards the sea by the current. if NK's aim (whatever
it sounds) is within her own waters and she has informed of the
ranged missiles (capable of mass destruction from a retrofitted
warhead) testing to her allies out of courtesy it should not
triggered so much disapproval from the west.
i think this missile launching is call out to the world that NK
wants something. they wanted to be heard.
