I went to showroom today and plan to take a 50% loan for VIOS.

When I ask the SE whetehr got discount/freebies?

He asked me what I want? what freebies/ what discount I want.

How much can I push?
1) what freebies I can ask?
2) how much discount I can take?

Please advise as I will place the booking next weekend. thanx.

ask for sports rim.. if they dun come along
ask for cash discount the best.. usually can be at least $500 if u know the salesman..

reading in the vios forum have quite a number of things u can ask for
1: chrome steering wheels
2:fog light
3:floor matt
4:tinted glasses
5:cash rebates
and if u wan to change the body kits and spoiler can ask them to come it with the car seperately then u can fixed outside or sell off. the VIOS,VVTi badges also can ask them dun stick on the , check around with ur SE. hope it helps. VIOS is a nice car. can do alot of exterior mod also. if u join the forum u see those meet-up pic u shld noe.

If the next round of COE is expected to go up, it may be harder to squeeze the SE for goodies. I think anything between $200-$400 worth of value in return from the SE is reasonable.

I want to askfor cash rebate. The SE said that he can do it for less than $100. is it true?

can I ask for cash rebate $200 and wth tinted glasses, aluminium-lookradio panels, floor matt & spoiler? ( I will have 40,000 loan)

U will be very lucky if the SE can grant u all these things, but I doubt it's possible. U can probably squeeze for rebate $200-$400 from what the SE has said. If the SE is desparate for sales, maybe more. Good luck!

i can pay cash. for the car. Can I ask for $250 cash rebate + aluminum panel?

I think better to take the min. $20K loan for 1-2 yr if this package still available. The rebate you get back will more than offset the interest. If u pay cash for the car, I think the car price will be $2K higher.

I will like to purchase a vios. But Borneo Motors requires a 10% downpayment. Does anybody know where other place I can purchase a Vios without paying any downpayment?

Hi guys, I bought the OPC vios over last weekend for $40,356 with free V-Kool solar film. In total, I've got $200 discount and free solar film worth $600+. Do u guys think its a good catch?

Now, I am thinking about the term of the loan to take.. 3 years or 4 years. While it is true that one pays less interest if the term is shorter, it also seems to make sense to take a longer term loan since one will ultimately be likely to sell off his car in less than 5 years and someone else will be taking over the loan? any advice?
